Hello There!

My name is Adebayo Bandele and I was born in Ontario, Canada but, have lived most of my life in the United States. My dad always jokes that I asked too many questions as a kid—and honestly, he’s not wrong. That curiosity is probably why I fell in love with computers and decided to study Computer Science.

Outside of coding, I enjoy going to the gym, playing video games, and working on personal projects with friends. My favorite game currently is Valorant.

My goal in Computer Science is to build things that are useful, engaging, and genuinely helpful to people, while continuing to learn and grow along the way.

My Journey

Here are a few of my personal milestones from my journey so far.

  • June 2022

    I wrote my first line of code, which marked the beginning of my journey in Computer Science.

  • June 2023

    I competed in my first Game Jam with friends, designing and building my first large-scope project under a tight deadline.

  • May 2024

    I graduated from Diablo Valley College and earned my Associate’s Degree in Computer Science.

  • September 2024

    I started my first classes at UC Santa Cruz.

  • January 2025

    I joined my first research project at UC Santa Cruz.

  • May 2025

    I started developing my first mobile app, IqraNow, alongside the Iqra team.

  • July 2025

    I landed my first internship at UL Solutions in Silicon Valley.
